Renting family equipment is easy with Ciao Baby’s secure, on-line shopping cart!
Ciao Baby delivers the equipment you need to the destination of your choice at your convenience. We set up everything you need for a child-friendly stay and then return to pick it up at the end of your visit.
Follow these simple steps:
- Using the drop-down menus next to each product, select date of delivery and length of rental (days = nights), and then add each item to your cart.
- Before checking out, you are required to read and accept Ciao Baby’s Terms and Conditions.
- During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your credit card information to complete your baby equipment rental reservation. Please note: Ciao Baby only accepts major credit cards (not debit cards).
- After you submit your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. A representative may call you to review and confirm your order, and schedule convenient timeblocks when the equipment will be delivered and picked up.
- Once your order has been confirmed by Ciao Baby, your credit card will be charged and your reservation complete.
(Ciao Baby uses the widely acknowledged ecommerce platform Stripe to process all credit card transactions. Stripe's ecommerce payment gateway uses the highest available encryption technology and internal security practices available for internet-based transaction processing.)
- All delivery locations outside of the included zip codes will be subject to a delivery charge based on delivery location.
- There is a $50 minimum rental required on all orders. This minimum charge excludes delivery fee, and may vary depending on location.
- Rental equipment deliveries will generally be made between 12pm and 8pm, unless otherwise specified. Equipment pick-ups should generally be ready by 10am on day of departure.
- If you require delivery within 48 hours, please call us at (207) 219-2670 to make the reservation over the phone as you may not be able to reserve online.
